Fur-Eh! Floor Wars 2026 Conduct and Rules

Contest Format
Each contestant MUST have their application submitted to the Fur-Eh! by the deadline date.

Each competitor will be assigned a side of the dance floor before beginning, and one competitor will be chosen to dance first.
A piece of music will begin playing, and the first competitor will have 30 to 45 seconds to dance. Then the second competitor will be given 30 to 45 seconds to dance to the same piece of music.
The process will repeat for a second piece of music, where the order of competitors will reverse, (the previous competitor dancing first will dance second this time) and then the judging portion will begin.
3 Judges will be selected prior to competition by the convention.
Each Judge will watch each competitor and decide on a winner each round, who will move onto the next round.
The host will ask the Judges who will be axed from the competition, and the judges will point to the competitor who has been eliminated.
This is a fast-paced event, and the judges’ decisions are final and will not be contested during the event.
Winners of each round will continue to dance in the next round against other winners, until only one competitor remains!
