The Fur-Eh! Art Show is a silent auction art gallery where artists can display unique and creative artworks to our guests in an intimate setting. This is a place to showcase exclusive and unique artwork for new and returning artists. We encourage furs of all ages and all art mediums to enter this family-friendly gallery. Artists must be in attendance at Fur-Eh! to be eligible to enter.

This is an all-ages, public space. Please ensure all pieces are appropriate to display. Fur-Eh! staff reserve the right to turn away any pieces that violate our Code of Conduct.

This event is a chance to meet the artists and see a preview of the pieces they are entering into the Art Show.

The Art Show Gala will take place on Thursday, July 16.

Artists are encouraged to attend part of or the entire gala to connect with our attendees and highlight their pieces on auction.

The auction officially opens on Friday, July 17 at 10:00 am and all pieces plus their prepared bid sheets must be on display by that time.

What sizes of spaces are available?
You can purchase a half-section (2’x4’), a full section (2’x8’) or two sections (4’x8’). Table space is also available, as requested on your application.

What artwork can I display?
Original pieces of art as well as fan-art that you have created are allowed. Collaboration
pieces are allowed with permission from & credit given to the other artist you worked with. This could include pieces such as bases made by one artist that are stylized & finished by you. Artists must have added to or altered any pieces they are entering themselves. (For example, painting a blank bust.)

What types of art can be entered into the art show?
We love to see all different mediums of art. You’re the artist and we want to showcase a multitude of mediums.

Examples of items you can enter: traditional drawn art (hand drawn or digital) AI art is not permitted, fiber art, (knit, crochet, cross-stitch), sculptural pieces (clay sculptures, plush figures, fursuit pieces) and more.
We encourage artists to be creative with their display setups to best showcase their artwork.

Artists must pick up any outstanding pieces without bids in the Art Show room no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday. If any pieces are remaining after that time, we will contact the artists to make arrangements, via pick up or shipping at the artists expense, to collect their work after the convention has concluded. If artists are unable to make arrangements, the items will be considered surrendered and Fur-Eh! shall assume ownership of the piece.

Winning bids will be confirmed on Sunday at closing time. All winning items need to be paid for and picked up at our Art Show room no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday. Any items not picked up by this time will be given to the next highest bidder. In the event the next bidder cannot be contacted, Fur-Eh! may reach out to the original winner and attempt to make arrangements for payment and shipping of the item, at the attendees expense. Failure to complete a transaction for a winning bid may result in an attendee being excluded from the Art Show at future events.

Fur-Eh! will record and collect all winning bid information for each artist. The final total, minus a transactional processing fee, can be sent to the artist via e-transfer or PayPal invoice. We will do our best to process payment in a single transaction, however, a second transaction may be sent at a later date pending any outstanding bid payments after the convention has concluded.
In the event that Fur-Eh! is unable to complete the payment transaction for a winning piece, the piece shall be returned to the original artist. Fur-Eh! will email for pick up or shipping arrangements, at the artists expense, to return any remaining pieces.

Artists may choose to collect any unpaid pieces after 6:00 pm on Sunday, which would forfeit the winning bid amount owed.

Fur-Eh! will not provide the information of any attendee to the artists in the event of failed transaction completion for any reason.
