Section 1 – Dealer’s Den1.1 The Dealer’s Den at Fur-Eh! features a space dedicated to Vendors who may sell commissions taken at the convention, merchandise such as apparel, fursuits and fursuit parts, pins, stickers, plushies, and more in an exciting multi-vendor setup.
Section 2 – Vendor Application and Selection2.1 The Fur-Eh! Vendor selection process will be juried, and thus is not a “first-come, first-served” selection.
2.2 Applications for vending must be completed and submitted by a legal adult (18+) only. For application status and response times please see Section 7.
2.3 Selection will be based on the merchandise that vendors offer based on the following categories: Fursuits and Fursuit parts, Prints and Original Art, Apparel, Home Goods, and New/First time Vendors.
2.4 Vendors who are not selected in the first selection round will be placed on a waitlist and will have the chance to be accepted should there be cancellations.
2.5 Table spaces for staff will be limited and will be handed out within the same guidelines above.
Section 3 – General Policies and Agreements3.1 The Vendor Services Director and their Managers have the final say and authority on any decisions and reserve the right to revoke a Vendor’s status at Fur-Eh!, along with access into the Dealer’s Den and other applicable areas.
3.2 Vendors are expected to adhere to the following:
3.3 Fur-Eh! is not responsible for the loss or damage of any items (personal items, displays, merchandise, etc.); Vendors are the sole responsible party for their own belongings.
3.4 We do not recommend that Vendors or attendees bring their pets into the Dealer’s Den as this can be very stressful for them.
3.5 Service animals are exempt from 3.4. However, if you are intending on bringing a service animal, please reach out to
vendors@fureh.ca so that we can try to accommodate you in a location with ample space for them.
Section 4 – Plot Rules and Damages4.1 Vendors who sell at Fur-Eh! are allowed to set up their table or booth as they please, so long as they abide by the rules listed below:

5.3 Dealer’s Den Booth:

Section 6 – Displays6.1 At all times; the aisle in front of, and beside a Vendor’s table(s) and the allotted space must be kept clean and free of any obstructions to foot traffic and regular movement.
6.2 Displays, banners, and any belongings may not extend into the walkway of the hall at any time.
6.3 Personal items and/or displays may not be stored within the aisles of tables or anywhere else in the hall. Personal items may be stored under or behind tables.
Section 7 – Acceptance and Invoicing7.1 Vendors will be notified of their acceptance, waitlisting, or declined status via email and must respond within 14 days.
7.2 Vendors are required to pay for their table no later than 30 days after acceptance. If the deadline to pay for the invoice is not met, the Vendor will be removed from the accepted list and placed onto the waitlist.
Section 8 – Merchandise8.1 Merchandise should closely match what is listed on the application. Major deviations or items that violate any of our merchandise agreements may be subject to removal.
8.2 Vendors may not sell or resell any Canadian Anthropomorphics Inc., Fur-Eh! or Fur-Eh!-branded merchandise, including any merchandise sold at the convention store and on the Fur-Eh! website.
8.3 Vendor Services Staff have the right to ask any Vendor to remove or conceal any merchandise that may violate our policies.
8.4 Reselling of merchandise that has not been created by the primary Vendor may be allowed if:
- Credit is given to the creator of the product,
- The product has been altered by the active Vendor, or
- The active Vendor can prove rights to the product.
8.5 All merchandise displayed within the Dealer’s Den must be safe for work/G/all ages.
8.6 The following items are prohibited from being sold in the Dealer’s Den or Artist Alley:
- Food or drinks
- Weapons
- Any substances or items that are illegal to own within Canada and/or the province of Alberta, including those that require permits or a license to own.
Section 9 – Adult Merchandise9.1 Adult merchandise being sold must be completely concealed and is not to be displayed even with censoring.
Exception; if the Vendor is vending in the Adult Marketplace, no censoring is required.
9.2 Vendors must require clients to show a valid government issued ID showing they are 18+ years of age.
9.3 Signage advertising the presence of adult material is allowed but must not show any of the material included. Brief descriptions are permissible if they are not graphic (ex. “adult toys,” “pinups,” “kink friendly”).
9.4 Upon delivery to the Customer, all adult merchandise must be concealed in opaque packaging by the Vendor, including in the Adult Marketplace. Solid plastic or brown paper bags only.
9.5 Depictions of controlled substances (tobacco, alcohol and cannabis) are allowed to be depicted within regulations of Canadian Law.
Section 10 – Commission Courtyard10.1 Commission Courtyard is for “on the spot” commissions of art and items, that may or may not be finished at the convention.
10.2 Pre-made merchandise and prints are not to be sold.
10.3 Displays are welcome but should be limited to examples of works similar to commission the vendor is offering and/or a price stand.
10.4 Commission Courtyard tables are strictly prohibited from displaying, or advertising adult commissions. Adult commissions may be undertaken within the following rules;
10.5 Fur-Eh! cannot guarantee access to power in the Commission Courtyard.
10.6 Commission Courtyard tables are available as first come first serve each day they are available at the con.
Section 11 – Cancellation11.1 Once a Vendor is approved for the Dealer’s Den and the invoice has been paid, a Vendor has up until May 17th, 2026, to cancel for a full refund. The Vendor Services Staff do understand that life happens, and conflicts can occur at any point. Dependent on the situation, roll-overs may be applicable but are not guaranteed.
Section 12 – Waitlisting12.1 Applicants who are accepted but not placed in the Dealer’s Den will be placed onto the waitlist which is kept internally. Vendor Services Staff will contact a waitlisted Vendor(s) within 24 hours of a cancellation and the waitlisted Vendor(s) will have 48 hours to respond.
12.2 If the contacted waitlisted Vendor(s) does not respond within 48 hours, they will be off of the waitlist completely and Vendor Services Staff will move on to the next waitlisted Vendor(s).
12.3 If the waitlisted Vendor(s) responds within the allotted time, they will have another 48 hours to pay the invoice sent.
12.4 If a waitlisted Vendor(s) has paid their invoice but then decides to cancel their table, they will have 14 days to do so and receive a refund.
12.5 The 14 day cancellation period is only applicable up until May 17, 2026.
Section 13 – Load In, Load Out, and Clean Up13.1 Load-in times will be determined closer to the event. Past load-in times were in the afternoon and early evening of the Thursday before the event.
13.2 Vendors will be required to have their registration to show to staff for load-in and they can have a maximum of two helpers/assistants to assist with load-in.
13.3 Vendors are to load-in during the time allotted. If more time is required, please inquire with the Vendor Services Director but this is not guaranteed.
13.4 Vendors are to load-out and clean their areas within the time allotted. If more time is required, please inquire with the Vendor Services Director but this is not guaranteed.
13.5 All items provided by Fur-Eh! and the Hotel must remain in the Dealer’s Den.
13.6 Any Vendor who leaves garbage or a mess behind may incur a $100 cleaning fee. The Vendor may also become inadmissible to the Dealer’s Den and Commission Corner in the future.
Section 14 – Electricity and Internet Service14.1 Dealer’s Den: Access to electrical outlets is provided but cannot be guaranteed. Contact Vendor Services if absolutely required and it can be determined what arrangements can be made. This is best done during the Vendor application.
14.2 Dealer’s Den: Wi-Fi is provided by the venue and does not incur an additional fee. Wi-Fi passwords will be provided within the Vendor packet.
Section 15 – Vendor Policies and Agreements15.1 Vendor policies and agreements are subject to change at any point as per Canadian Anthropomorphics Inc. Directors and Managers.
